5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders from Melbourne within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, public holidays, weather events, or regional and remote locations. A non-PO Box address is required. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with tags and original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.

Massage chairs purchased from Aus Comfort Co come with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and faulty parts under normal residential use. Warranty terms may vary by product and are outlined on the individual product page. To make a claim, please contact our support team.
